Individual Counseling

I work primarily with people who find themselves at a point where something needs to change. Working together we will explore how to help you live your best life*. We will investigate the techniques and strategies you have used for so long to see how and if they still serve you. 

I work with people who are interested in working through and understanding:

  • Depression/feeling stuck/feeling hopeless/lacking energy or motivation
  • Life Transitions (marriage, moving, divorce, new job, retirement, etc.)
  • Self-blame/low self-esteem/shame
  • Relationship Recovery (break-up, separation, divorce)
